By accessing or using the HOA Financial Reporting System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides financial reporting tools for Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Companies, including GL trial balance processing, variance analysis, and report generation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • One account per user unless authorized

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with other users' access
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and store the data solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the privacy settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
